Some hotel stays are simply practical. Others stay with you long after you’ve checked out. Our experience at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River clearly belongs in the second category.
We stayed in a Novotel Suite with a connecting twin room, which gave us an ideal combination of space, flexibility, and a sense of private luxury in the heart of the city. The layout worked perfectly for both connection and privacy, creating a base so comfortable that it almost made it hard to leave the hotel.

The first thing that captures you is the view. The Han River flows gently through the city, and from the Premier floors the landscape opens up in a way that feels almost cinematic.
From the Premier terrace, the river, city lights, and the iconic Dragon Bridge stretch across the horizon. In the evenings, the scene becomes especially memorable - reflections shimmer across the water, the city pulses softly in the background, and a rare sense of calm settles in contrast to the vibrant urban energy surrounding it.
It is the kind of view that naturally slows you down.
The Premier Lounge - Breakfast and Afternoon Tea with Calm Elegance
Staying in the Premier floor elevates the entire hotel experience.
Breakfast here feels less like a meal and more like a peaceful start to the day. The selection is generous, with both international and local options, and the atmosphere is noticeably more refined and relaxed compared to the main dining area.
Afternoon tea is a highlight in itself. Carefully prepared bites, quality tea and coffee, and a calm setting create a perfect pause in the middle of a busy travel day. It’s a form of luxury that is not about excess, but about thoughtful detail and atmosphere.
Dinner - A Balance of Flavor and Atmosphere
One afternoon, we dined at the hotel restaurant on the ground floor, and the experience delivered both in taste and presentation. The dishes were well-balanced, combining local inspiration with international refinement.
Service was attentive yet discreet - exactly the kind of presence that allows guests to fully enjoy the moment without interruption.
Fitness, Yoga, and Pool - A Complete Wellness Experience
For those who value movement and recovery, the facilities were a major part of the stay.
The fitness center is impressively equipped, offering everything needed for both strength and cardio training. It feels modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed.
The pool area brings a completely different energy - calm, clean, and enhanced by views that turn even a short swim into a memorable experience. Yoga and wellness spaces add a soft contrast to the more urban feel of the hotel, creating a balanced environment for both body and mind.
A VIP Journey to Ba Na Hills
One of the absolute highlights of our stay was a WOW Pass priority tour to Sunworld Ba Na Hills.
From start to finish, the experience was seamless and well-organized, offering a sense of exclusivity throughout the journey. Private driver, prioroty pass to enter the place. Ba Na Hills itself is spectacular - dramatic landscapes, striking architecture, and of course the iconic Golden Bridge floating above the clouds.
Experiencing it as part of the hotel package elevated the entire trip into something truly special.
Overall Impression - A Hotel That Understands the Full Experience
What sets this stay apart is the sense of cohesion. It is not just about the rooms, the food, or the facilities individually - it is about how everything comes together into a complete, curated experience.
From the sweeping views over the Han River to quiet mornings in the Premier Lounge, from training sessions in the gym to sunset moments on the terrace, everything contributes to a feeling of being exactly where you are meant to be.
This is a hotel we would confidently recommend - and one we would gladly return to.
