Cold water immersion

I offer guided experiences that combine cold-water immersion, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation - with the option to include a sauna session for a complete contrast experience. Through conscious breathing, mindfulness, and cold-water immersion, participants stimulate the vagus nerve and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This supports stress reduction, emotional balance, and a stronger connection between body and mind. Cold-water bathing and sauna use are at participants’ own risk. These activities are not recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, or other serious health concerns. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure. Prices vary depending on the number of participants, the chosen location, the duration of the experience, and whether a sauna session is included. This is a gentle, guided experience and is not affiliated with or identical to the Wim Hof Method. The focus is on mindfulness, breathing, and safe cold-water immersion
