Where to stay in Hoi An

I've visited Hoi An five times over the years, so I've had the chance to experience many different parts of this beautiful destination and stay in a variety of accommodations. That makes me appreciate places that truly stand out - and House by the Sea Hoi An Villa is one of them.

When people think of Hoi An, they often picture the charming Ancient Town with its colorful lanterns, cafés, and tailor shops. But if you're looking for a more peaceful side of Hoi An while still being close to everything, House by the Sea Hoi An Villa is the perfect place to stay.

During our latest Vietnam journey, we didn't just stay here once - we came back for a second visit and ended up extending our stay several times. That alone says everything about how much we loved this place.

Spacious, Beautiful & Spotlessly Clean Rooms

We had the opportunity to stay in different rooms, and every single one impressed us. The rooms are spacious, spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're visiting for a few days or planning a longer holiday, you'll quickly feel at home.

The Kindest Family You'll Meet

What truly makes House by the Sea Hoi An Villa special isn't just the accommodation - it's the family who runs it.

From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. Their hospitality goes far beyond excellent service; they make every guest feel like part of the family. There is such a calm, positive energy throughout the property that it's impossible not to relax.

Perfect Location Between the Beach and Hoi An

One of the biggest advantages is the location.

The beautiful An Bang Beach is only a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy morning swims, sunset walks, or relaxing beach days whenever you like.

The neighborhood also offers a fantastic selection of local restaurants, cozy cafés, seafood restaurants, and healthier dining options. If you enjoy wellness, you'll even find a lovely yoga studio nearby, along with cafés serving delicious vegetarian and vegan meals.

Whenever we wanted to explore Hoi An Ancient Town or the city center, it was quick, easy, and inexpensive to order a Grab. In about 15 - 20 minutes, you're surrounded by lantern-lit streets, markets, and historic buildings before returning to the peaceful atmosphere near the beach.

A Place You'll Want to Return To

Some accommodations are simply somewhere to sleep.

House by the Sea Hoi An Villa is a place you'll remember long after your trip is over.

It's peaceful without feeling isolated, close to nature while still connected to everything Hoi An has to offer, and filled with genuine hospitality that makes every stay special.

For us, it truly became our home away from home.

If you're planning a trip to Hoi An and want beautiful rooms, an amazing location, authentic Vietnamese hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere, we couldn't recommend House by the Sea more highly.

It's one of those rare places you'll already be planning to return to before you've even checked out.

Although the family speaks very little English, it has never been a problem. We simply used a translation app, and communication was easy. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care speak louder than words.
