From rock bottom to resilience

We don’t always notice when the ground beneath us begins to crumble. I didn’t fall because I was weak, but because the place I stood was breaking me. That was my rock bottom – and also the beginning of something new.

I once reached what felt like rock bottom. It wasn’t something inside of me, but the environment I was living in that began to break me down. With the help of a therapist, I began to see reality clearly. I realized I had to set myself freen - not by blaming anyone, but by listening to my intuition and trusting that quiet voice within.
Amidst all this turmoil, my body could no longer keep up. I developed a herniated disc and sciatica, a clear signal that I had to find a solution and a way forward. This physical breaking point became a turning point, forcing me to slow down, observe, and take deliberate steps toward healing and rebuilding my life.
The journey has not been easy. Trauma, anxiety, and even threats left deep marks on my body and mind. But yoga became my lifeline. On the mat, I found a way to breathe again, to move through fear, and to reconnect with myself. Slowly, practice by practice, I learned to release what was heavy and to grow stronger from within.
This was also the beginning of my yoga journey, the start of building my business, and how I embarked on my two-year yoga teacher training - laying the foundation for both personal growth and professional purpose.
My story is not about what broke me, but about what helped me rise again. And if there is one message I want to share, it’s this: no matter how lost you feel, your inner strength and intuition can guide you toward freedom, peace, and hope.
